Withdrawal policy

We want you to be completely happy with the purchase of our products! 

However, if you wish, you can return the product you bought within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date receipt as follows:

You must first contact us the same or the next working day after receipt of the product

  • either by sending an e-mail to the Email Address [email protected]
  • either calling 2831 0 22400
  • The returned product must be unbearable and in its original excellent condition. The check will be performed by the manager of our online store.
  • The product packaging is not damaged or soiled, but is in excellent condition.
  • The product is returned in a safe packaging, so that it does not wear out during transport.
  • In case the product is accompanied by a gift, it should be returned with the product, also in excellent condition.
  • Along with the product must definitely return all accompanying documents (for example the Retail Receipt). Changes without Retail Receipt will not be accepted.
  • The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
  • If the above procedure is not followed, "Evi's Jewels" may not accept any return of products.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

  • Where the products have been modified at the request of the customer.
  • On the earrings, for hygiene reasons.
  • For damage caused during or after opening the product, for which the customer is solely responsible.]

Refund orders will only be issued for returned products, as described above. If the product you return does not meet the conditions listed, it will be sent back to you.

Especially in case of buying products with COD will be refunded by deposit to the customer's bank account. You will therefore need to notify us by email of your account number (IBAN), the bank where you maintain the account and the name of the beneficiary. For security reasons, the holder of the account number must be the same person listed on the receipt.

We also inform you

  • that no refunds are made from our physical store and
  • Delivery and cash on delivery costs are not reimbursed.

The "Evi 's Jewels»Strives to provide high quality services, emphasizes the quality of products and the correct delivery of the customer's order.

Important Note:

Our online store has made every effort to portray

 and describe as accurately as possible the products available.

  However, it is possible for the colors of the products to differ

depending on the screen of the device you are using.

In the rare case that you receive a proven defective or incorrect product (ie it is not the product of your order), you must inform us immediately describing the problem and notifying us, if you wish replacement the refund your money following the same procedure as described in Withdrawal policy.

Refunds or replacement with another product will be made upon receipt of the original product, to confirm incorrect shipment. Shipping costs for the return and replacement of products in this case are borne by us.

Cancellation policy

Order Cancellation before sending the products

In case you wish to cancel your Order before sending the products please let us know immediately

  • either by sending an email to the Email Address [email protected]  
  • either calling 2831 0 22400, 6945338233

If the information is sent via e-mail, we would like you to write us the following information:

  • Name
  • Last name
  • Order number
  • Email address

The above information must be accurate and the same as the order details in order for your details to be confirmed. Also, please send us a phone number so we can contact you and complete the whole process faster.


Do not receive product

In case for any reason you do not receive your order and our transport company returns it, direct communication with us is necessary to either be sent back to you or to start the withdrawal process.

You have the right to return the product you bought within five (5) working days from the day of receipt and request its replacement as follows: 

  • First, you must contact us - the same or the next business day upon receipt of the product, or by sending an email to the Email Address [email protected] or by calling 2831 0 22400 and state the reason for the return. 
  • The returned product must be in its original condition and the packaging must not have been damaged. All accompanying documents (for example the Retail Receipt) must be returned with the product. 
  • In case of return, the shipping and receipt costs of the product are borne by the customer. No refund is provided.
  • If the above procedure is not followed, "Evi's Jewels" may not accept any product return and replacement.
